I came into ExpressCare at 9:15 am on Thursday. I was immediately checked in by a very helpful woman, and was in the exam room within 15 minutes.
My family was camping down the road when my son got sick. The park ranger told us about Express Care. The staff was very friendly, the facility was very clean, and we were seen promptly. We were very lucky to have such a great place available when so far from home. Thank you.
Went here to get some sutures removed at about 9:15 AM on a Wed morning. Asked to fill out the usual forms by the friendly receptionist. Saw a friendly nurse after waiting about 15 minutes and she took my blood pressure and pulse and we had a friendly chat about the difficulty in finding a primary care physician since my local clinic in Warren is not taking new patients. Then saw the nurse practitioner or PA, and she quickly dealt with the stitches. Chatted some more about options for primary care. All in all a very efficient and pleasant experience. Then, to my surprised the following day, I received a phone call from the clinic recommending Waterbury health center as they have a new doctor accepting patients. So helpful, and much appreciated. Thank you!
VERY friendly staff and SUPER CLEAN facility. Being far away from home and in town for a ski weekend vacation, we were very glad we had this option available. Saved our trip. Thanks!
